When sending email, think before you click!

Are you sure you are sending to the correct recipient?

Are there any personal data files in your email?

Please ensure these are encrypted and password protected.

It is the School Policy that files with confidential information or personal data of HKU SPACE must NOT be stored in any portable USB storage devices; when storing these files in the School’s Web Folder System, such as G: Drive, P: Drive, and OneDrive, they should be encrypted and password protected too.

Please also beware of phishing or impersonating emails, DO NOT click any links or open any attachments if you have doubt.
